Welcome to shipping and delivery page! Here you can read some details about your order’s journey from the time you place your order to your new treasures arriving at your doorstep. At first you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. Our store offers several payment and delivery methods, so you have an opportunity to choose which one is the most convenient for you and if they aren’t,  well DOHSTUDYIT!!! We must find a way to help you get what you need.

Delivery methods

Local Delivery

This is FREE for local customers only (Trinidad and Tobago). We takes responsibility for dealing with all the tasks involved in moving goods from us to you using several available delivery services (including ourselves).

Regional Delivery

Our products all weigh under a pound (unless you buy many of them). We have these rates already programmed nto the check out options depending on which country you are from. We are constantly looking for less expensive ways to get our products to our markets and if you have a better way to ship the then let us know! We now are a snmall community and families come and go between these islands all the time. On the formal side, any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in delay in delivery of the goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the Buyer’s written notification. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.

Payment Methods

Visa and MasterCard (WiPay)

Payment is the final step of the purchasing process. It should never be an obstacle. Our store pays special attention to this point as making payment in a secured environment is a primary concern of individuals. With e-commerce growth, and more recently the m-commerce evolution, it is essential to choose a payment solution optimized to Smartphone’s and tablets. It is equally important to choose the solution which offers a specific selection of credit cards that are most popular in the merchants target markets. We take Visa and MasterCard as they are widely used by cyber customers.

Our payment partner is WiPay and they allow for the use of these Credit and certain Debit Card payments. Please understand that they charge a 3% fee for these transactions. If this isn’t suitable for you then we have other options below.

Non-Cash payments

Non-Cash is a method of paying for goods and services that does not involve the exchange of cash. Examples of non-cash payment instruments include direct cash and check deposits, checks collected on your behalf and we deposit and direct bank to bank transfers. All of these are possible. The most preferable are those transactions that allow for the least amount of direct human interaction for now (only becasue of COVID). Send us a message and we’re sure we can find a way to meet you half way.

Cash

We don’t offer a cash option at this point and especially with the current environment we tend to keep it safe. We have several other payment options and we’re here to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy our products and services. If you really have no other way to pay then DOHSTUDYIT!
